Shein's first lease agreements with GLP took place in the country in 2022. This new lease covers approximately 135,000 m², which will result in an increase in Shein's leased area to 216,000 m² in the same AAA-class condominium – GLP Guarulhos II. The retailer will occupy the company's largest warehouse in the country, located 18 km from the capital of São Paulo, close to the Presidente Dutra and Ayrton Senna highways, which are the main access routes to the Rio-São Paulo axis, the largest consumer centers in Brazil.
