Founded in 1979 by the architect Ademir Franzoi Marcos (then partners), Marcos & Farina Arquitetos LTDA. is an architectural firm that offers services in the areas of civil construction and installations, specializing in Industry and Logistics.
Today, widely recognized and respected, it seeks to follow market trends, coordinating complete architectural and engineering projects, which is one of its main differentials. MF also provides technical and economic solutions suitable for each project, developing complete projects with its own character, through a permanent team.

Marcos & Farina is present with the architectural project of this exceptional logistics condominium. Today leased by e-commerce giants with Magalu and Mercado Livre.
A development that will have a total of 513 thousand m² of built area after its conclusion, being the largest logistics complex in Latin America, which has two independent entrances already in this first phase, high voltage energy input with great load capacity for the warehouses and in the process of LEED Gold certification.
