Founded in 1979 by the architect Ademir Franzoi Marcos (then partners), Marcos & Farina Arquitetos LTDA. is an architecture company that offers services in the areas of civil construction and installations, specializing in Industry and Logistics.
Today, widely recognized and respected, it seeks to follow market trends, coordinating complete architectural and engineering projects, which is one of its main differentials. Marcos & Farina develops projects according to the specific needs of each client. By drawing up a function diagram, the exact area needed is dimensioned, optimizing the customer's future installation. Additionally, the critical paths of the internal processes are identified, and a project is carried out that contemplates expansion possibilities, in order to take advantage of the best potential of the available land.
Concerned about the environment, the company has a sustainable look. Not only for internal issues such as reuse of scrap paper, reuse of water, among others, but also in the development of its projects, where it seeks to work with LEED and AQUA certified partners.
The founding partner, Ademir, is accessible and insists on managing the company in a very active way. It seeks to maintain an environment that stimulates the creativity of its employees, valuing the individuality of each one in the execution of tasks, so that they can present and explore new ideas within the company. Located in the Vila Mariana region, south of São Paulo, the company currently has 15 employees, divided between: administrative; commercial and new business; marketing; legal and architects.
