Founded in 1979 by architect Ademir Franzoi Marcos (and former partners), Marcos & Farina Arquitetos Ltda. is an architectural company specialized in industry and logistics offering services in the sectors of civil construction and facilities.
Today it is well recognized and renowned in the market following the trends by coordinating a full scope of architectural and engineering projects which is one of its outstanding features. With its permanent team MF also provides customized technical-economic solutions for each project elaborated to suit its special characteristics.
Concerned with the environment, the company maintains a sustainable attitude. Not only in its internal issues such as reuse of draft paper, water and others, but also in the development of its projects in where it strives to work with LEED and AQUA certified partners.
The office door of the founding partner Ademir is always open and he insists in a hands-on management of the company, maintaining a stimulating environment for the individual creativity of his employees in their performing of tasks, so that they can freely present and explore their new ideas within the company. Located in the region of Vila Mariana, a southern precinct of São Paulo, the company has now 15 employees, active in: administration, commercial and new business; marketing; legal and architects.
